found some arcs in the tail on his images of August,20.99 and posted
his observation to the Comet Mailing List .
I could confirm his observation on my images of the same day: ML
#16682.

The image is processed by AstroArt 4.0 using the Larson-Sekanina Filter, Delta R = 2, Alpha = 20
Some arcs are visible in direction of the tail.
